This workshop explores five themes for wellbeing (Happiness, Spirituality, Positivity, Change, Responsibility) over 10 weeks. By offering a complete look to ourselves we will become self-aware and maintain this approach with activities, discussion, curiosity but most of all readiness.
The "choose to be happy" workshop looks life as a canvas where we are the ones who choose to create experiences and ultimately respond to them by following five principles. On the Ef Zin canvas we will explore these 5 important principles as individual themes on a journey which is repeated across life and when cultivated, life is more enjoyable. Are you ready to level up?
