mental health & wellbeing workshops
Ef Zin Wellbeing Sessions aim to provide opportunities for the sharing of new and practical strategies in self-care. I’ve been developing and delivering educational and motivational workshops for the past five years and my experience taught me the invaluable nature of being in a space where people learn from each other and realise their own potential through actively participating in it. Popular themes that are explored as the means of living well are Spirituality, Responsibility, Self-care, Change, Positivity, Happiness, Understanding Stress, Grief & Loss.

benefits of being in a group•Groups provide support: hearing from others with similar issues helps you see that you’re not alone in having challenges.
•Groups promote social skills: groups not only help to ease that sense of isolation, but also give the opportunity to practice re-engaging with people. •Groups teach you about yourself: it’s a way of uncovering the blind spots that may be blocking your ability to overcome your issues. •Groups is a learning pathway: engaging in a group can be the start of self-improvement or even the step to educational or employment pathways |
