It would be wonderful if we all could talk to our families or friends, share our most intimate worries and feelings and most importantly feel listened to. For many people though it can be a barrier to openly discuss these issues especially because of judgment, unsupportive attitudes and lack of empathy. The busyness of our everyday life contributes negatively to openly trust, discuss but also be a good listener.
